Built around API integration with Binance, the system allows users to connect their exchange accounts and let automated strategies handle trades on their behalf. With a clean, scalable interface and features like market insights, bot subscriptions, and real-time wallet tracking, Untrade brings structure, transparency, and ease to a space often known for its chaos. As the lead product designer, my focus was on creating a UI that demystifies trading and builds user trust — not through education, but through experience.

Most crypto products are built for experienced traders. But Untrade’s audience was different Gen Z and early-career investors who were curious, but not committed to learning the full complexity of crypto. They didn’t want to be overwhelmed with candlestick charts or order books. They wanted results, not research. The challenge was to design an interface that empowered these users to start trading confidently while keeping control, clarity, and security at the core of the experience. In short, the goal was to make powerful trading feel effortless.

As the sole product designer on Untrade, I led the UI direction across the entire experience from first tap to trading execution. My responsibility was to reduce friction in flows like onboarding, exchange binding, and bot strategy exploration, while preserving clarity and control. I translated abstract trading mechanics into clean visual hierarchies, broke down technical tasks into intuitive steps, and crafted reusable UI patterns for high-scale performance. Every screen was designed not just to look sharp, but to guide users with clarity, earn trust, and make them feel in control even if they’d never traded before.
